2 Artichoke Hearts
1/4 cup tomatoes and chili pepper mix

Breakfast everyday is:
1. 1/2 cup of organic plain yogurt blended with acai berries, blueberries or rasberries
2. 1 soft boiled organic free range egg
3. Handful of unsalted raw nuts-cashews, macadamia, pecan, or almonds.
4. 1oz of fresh wheat grass juice

Very useful tips. my breakfast is one slice of whole grain bread spread with peanut butter. and a cup of coffee (with cream but no sugar). I think I need some fruit in my beakfast.

This sounds complicated ! I’d stick to my usual healthy breakfast, a Bud Light, a bag of chips light of course and nacho cheese lite too ! very healthy !

Yeah, that sounds soooo much worse than 10 pounds of bacon and four over easy eggs, toast slathered with butter and jam. I’d hate to have her breakfast. It’s just NOT HEALTHY! fat and meat and oil is a staple for breakfast.

This is a terrible breakfast. Toast, banana, juice, that is 3 sources of carbs. You are probably ingesting almost 75g of carbs in one sitting, spiking your blood sugar and insulin.
