Ah right. Yeah I suppose it would be amazing, this man does look pretty healthy. Age is determined by also genetic factors as sometimes in rare cases the genetics overpower all enviromental factors. SO its not all about the diet.

“The beef industry has contributed to more American deaths than all the wars of this century, all natural disasters, and all automobile accidents combined. If beef is your idea of “real food for real people” you’d better live real close to a real good hospital.” ~Neal Barnard

Age in your body is the same as what happens with steel and oxygen. Make sports, look what you eat, and dont build muscle, at least not with more than 60%.

If i was rich or had some land I would fucking grow my own food. The food that Americans eat is shit compared to the food European consume.

There is a very good book called “Fantastic Voyage: Live long enough to live forever” by Ray Kurzweil, I think you will enjoy it.

Hey people anyone, i want to live as long as possible and be happy, i am reducing how much i eat every day by at least 30%, i study science at A level, i need adivice, what i want is to slow down the age process in my body, so less dna get damaged, and complimentry base pairing does not get screwed up, BUT i want to do my sports, i want to be fast and strong, build muscle. Im sure it is possible to both slow down the ageing cycle in my body and to increase muscle, but i need some adivice.

For sure.
I know dairy clogs arteries and it does some other damages..
Sugar suppress the immune system. Only refined sugar though. Sugar from fruits is good.
So yeah man, dairy and sugar are very destructive.

I agree with John Robbins on this very important topic(s). Healthy at 100 is a very informative and useful book. I wish that more and more people see the “Natures / their bodies way” to not just nourish themselves but also their whole lifestyle.

I’m getting younger these days…, try fasting or a juice cure for a few weeks, you can turn back the clock of up to thirty years. I’ll write a book about, why not?

Holy shit!!!
Voltaire drank 50+ cups of coffee a day?? Whoa!!!
Caffeine is a drug and it’s unhealthy but that don’t stop me from drinking 2 0r 3 cups of gourmet tea a day. I use 12oz cups by the way.

Looking forward to reading the book.; this man is one of my heroes. He’s exactly what the vegan movement needs, too–a calm, rational, intelligent, and well-informed spokesperson who doesn’t resort to shock and “food Nazi” tactics to get the point across.

The evidence seems to be coming in that coffee drinking is associated with good health outcomes, though there was a study with one genetic type in Nicaraguan men in which it was associated with a higher risk of heart disease. Voltaire apparently drank 50+ (tiny French style I guess) cups a day, and he did pretty well.

We aren’t talking about having a perfect looking body, it’s about having a perfect working body.
drugs, coffee, meat, dairy…
All the same.
You’re an addict and it seems you’re ok with that, so just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll have the health you create, whether it’s good or bad. Personally, I would rather live long and drop dead suddenly then live short and be in pain for half of it.
Good luck!
